Perhaps more important than simply the use of various sources of information is the frequency with which buyers access these sources.  By a wide margin, the Internet and real estate agents are the information sources used frequently by the greatest percentage of home buyers. Sixty-nine percent of buyers used the Internet frequently as an information source, followed closely by 65 percent of buyers who frequently used agents as an information source.
